The education sector in Pakistan has been brutally affected after lock-down situation in the country have known that the government-owned school and colleges that makes 69% of the total are unable to resume the services online for further notices due to lack of resources, on the other hand private institutions are facing somewhat different but the same issues due to incompetent staff. The problem for private schools is not the skills of the teacher or their expertise, but only to be able to manage it virtually.

Looking at this issue, my visit to a few private school teachers consisted of questions about the hurdles faced by them to shift their learning online and the answers were all regarding technology incompetence. Therefore the idea of filling this gap became clearer to me. We can provide a solution through our team of young experts who will arrange a 3 week training session for the preferred institute by using the resources that they have that are mostly used by the computer department and make them learn about the technicalities of teaching online. And furthermore, provide them with the guidelines and brochures for further assistance. The team will cover the important mediums for learning and give them guidelines on how it should all be projected digitally.

The plan is to do everything in our power to lift the education sector of Pakistan. We are not expected to make this change because we can not, but we can contribute to what is within our reach. The team will make sure that every teacher in every school is our best pal. Our initiative is to guide teachers about online technicalities, so they are able to take classes and assessments independently.

I do not want the students to suffer any more than they already have and for that, a smooth performance by the school management and staff is essential. Through this solution, the students, the teachers, the businesses involved in the education sector will be able to tackle a situation similar to lockdowns and the pace of study will not be affected.
